The fourteenth cycle of Sims' Next Top Male Model premiered on 14 January, 2018. This cycle marked the first appearance of the shoot-out format.

The winner was Adriaan Theron from South Africa, with Joshua Santos from the Philippines and Naqi Hijazi from Palestine as the runners-up.
